Spotlessly clean and very well run, the Seapoint is a very nice hotel to stay in when visiting Dorset. We received a warm welcome and really enjoyed everything about the stay from the outset. Excellent interior designer, with a real eye for the detail.
We had just bought an old grade II listed building in Burton, Dorset and we needed someone who could not only manage the project but take care of the builders etc. Vince was very good and the money we had invested was put to good use by using a professional. Highly recommended.

Well despite what the previous reviews say we had a lovely meal here, but I guess you need to bear in mind that it is primarily a hotel ⬠the clueâ¬"s in the title! As a hotel it simply canâ¬"t be faulted ⬠the rooms are very modern, very clean, and somehow hugely spacious, with wonderful en-suites and very comfy beds. I think me and my wife got lucky because we accommodated in The Causeway just when the new refurbishment of the studio flats were done. Itâ¬"s in a very good location, near to all the visiting places you come to Christchurch for. The en suite was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. My wife is VERY fussy with Chinese food so taking her to the New Top Wok was a bit of a risk because either she loves it or quite frankly ⬠HATES it! To my surprise she loved it. Weâ¬"ve been coming to Save Our Soles for years because they provide the best shoe care in town. The one thing I remember about The White House is the absolutely gorgeous breakfast! It was so good i asked for more! Very clean and tidy rooms, very reasonable prices, no one is going to try tip you off at this place. We took some friends here on Saturday. The most wonderful chunky, juicy well cooked burgers and chips with masses of cheese draped over the burger. Preceeded by cheesy garlic bread - totally 100% recomended and totally scrummy ! The young girls that served us actually had a sense of humour ! and were very polite and prompt. Well worth a visit. Rating: 5.00I can whole heartedly recommend Riks Fitness class. Fun and encouraging it is the only class I have ever stuck with. She is very knowledgable on the right exercise for you if you have injury or physical 'problems' and I feel very secure knowing that her class will not agitate my back. In fact my back problems are lessening with every strengthening exercise. Great stretching cool down so you never ache. The manager of this nursery cares more about keeping her boss happy than the children she is supposed to be looking after. The whole environment is very unchild friendly, children are left in their wet clothes for sometimes up to an hour when they wet themselves and left to cry when they are upset. I know a little boy who broke his finger and the manager refused to phone his mum and just left him crying. The manager is not trained in motessori, therefore doesnt know how to run it as a 'montessori' nursery. The place is filthy as staff are never given any time to clean. I've never been so disgusted with a nursery and when I tried to speak to the owner about my concerns she was just rude and nasty, no wonder the children are all scared of her.
