Austin and Wyatt were okay, but not outstanding, to us as potential purchasers last year. They did phone a few times with new property, but perhaps just did not have a sufficient range of property on their books? Mitchells were absolutely charming to us as prospective purchasers. They worked very hard and were regularly on the phone with new suggestions. Given how hard they worked to get us to buy a property through them, they must be good to sell through. As with all the other estate agents, Ross Nicholas were very attentive to us as prospective purchasers. They happily conducted viewing, which were professional. However, when it got to the stage of negotiating to purchase a property, they seemed increasingly hard to pin down and perhaps a little slippery. Tim Winney runs the Winkworths agency in Highcliffe. They are a popular choice locally. They produce very professional marketing material and have a wide range of property for sale. We bought are house through them last year and found them to be very helpful and attentive to the prospective purchaser. However, once the purchase was agreed, they didn't seem to make much effort to expediate the sale. Pettengells is an estate agent, so obviously one approaches with a degree of caution. Howeever, altbough I didn't eventually buy my house from them, I found them to be helpful and attentive to the prospective purchaser. They keep in regular phone contact and show you properties at times to suit.
