Take a trip to trip
Well worth a visit if your coming to Christchurch, a proper pub with friendly staff and reasonably priced beer. Always a fun lively atmosphere and good pub grub. Quiz nights and live music make it a fun night out.

Been to this pub a few times now,with the otherhalf and on girlie nights out.A really fun young atmosphere.always busy and the food is great,especially the fish dishes.

Good young persons local pub with relaxed atomsphere and can get very busy on a Friday/Saturday night but in a good way! Very differnt to Soho crowd. Live music on certain nights which gets lively. Good patio area outside to have nice tapas lunch in the summer months.Good food menu to choose from.

A real pub
This is a great pub to relax in with its "anything goes" attitude. Been here several times each time having quite a different experience depending on what they have going on at the time. One time is was quiz night and tapas very chilled out, whereas it can get very busy on a saturday night. Attracts all ages, average age I would say between 25-35.

I love this place. Its food is wonderful and the beer "Patio" is really nice on sunny day to sit outside and have tapas. Such a relaxes atmosphere. Very nice.Never mind "pretence" in Soho - real people in the Tripp.

This is the best proper pub in Christchurch. Live music on Wednesdays and Sundays. You have to like the spit and sawdust ambience though. A barking mad landlord only adds to the fun.
