Highcliffe St Marks school has an excellent reputation and deservedly so. As well as the academic work, they have a wide range of extra-curricular activities and music tuition etc available. The school in unusual in that it still has large playing fields. These are well used with a variety of activities. There is also an outdoor heated swimming pool for the summer term - a rare luxury these days. The school is oversubscribed from within the catchment, so it can be tricky to get a place for your child.

Highcliffe St Mark Primary School
My 2 sons attend Highcliffe St Mark Primary School and I feel it is a fab school. They are both doing very well at the school and have lots of exciting subjects taught. They currently have a real "vardo" (gypsy caravan to you and me) which they have used to teach them about their topic of buildings etc. Both of my sons undertake a couple of the many after school activities which include football, basketball, tennis, cookery, recorder etc etc. My eldest is also leaning the drums!!

The head - Karen - is very approachable and is always in the playground talkn=ing to parents and children and how she knows every childs name in the school I don't know!!!

All the teachers my sons have had are easy to talk to and my sons love going into school everyday

A lovely friendly school
